healthy vegetable smoothie recipes Ive been making these strawberry rhubarb smoothies lately. I use plain soymilk or greek yogurt in mine. The rhubarb/pomegranate juice combo packs quite a punch, so dont forget a little honey. Definitely getting all my potassium lately!

    Made this and the orange zest made it so nice...I did however mix 50/50 flour and rolled oats for the topping. Delicious!!
