Guinness Marinade for Flank Steak
Ok friends, here’s my steak marinade. I call it the “Yin and Yang”, like night and day, sun and moon; each ingredient is counter balanced by another. For 2-6oz Steaks - Marinade Ingredients: ¼ tsp Smoked Sea Salt (Sea Salt, Table Salt) 1 tsp Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar 1 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper ¼ tsp Granulated Garlic 2 Tbsps Virgin Olive Oil Refrigerate and allow it to marinate for at least 4 hours. This marinade also works as a glaze while cooking. YUM!
