    Bunny Tails! {Biscoff Truffles} These are super cute! The truffles are made from Biscoff cookies, Biscoff spread, cream cheese, and coated with a crunchy coconut topping. They are so delicious and keep for a few days. Make them ahead of time for an Easter dessert!

    Easter Bunny Tail Truffles 1 8-oz. pkg cream cheese, softened; 4-5 c. icing sugar; 1 tsp. almond extract (or coconut flavor); 2-3 c. sweetened coconut. If cream cheese not soft microwave for 10-15 seconds. Use an electric mixer with paddle attachment to beat cream cheese til fluffy. Add icing sugar 1 c. at time til mix is thick dough. If dough is able to hold shape in 1” ball all good! Too sticky, add more icing sugar. Roll balls in coconut. If doesn't stick, press it in bit or use corn syrup.
