After a rude but probably true comment made by a co-worker tonight, I am getting back on weight watchers. I am posting this so that people know and I can't just flake on it. This will be difficult working on night shift but we will see. Don't want to be skinny, just a better healthier (and hotter) version of me.

I'm a 22 year old Lieutenant and I plan on being in my prime for the next 10 years - at least. As a Lieutenant Colonel just told me, you're never there - always getting there.

reasons to be fit - I'm so there!!! And it only took a month of running at least 4 times a week. Anyone can do it!!! Will power, motivation, you can do it!
