This is something I struggle with every day, but I have made a lot of progress from where I was.

Saving people is a really hard task - it won't always work. But what you can do is love them, make them feel special and let them know there's someone who cares about them and that their life is worth living.

Sometimes when I get flustered with things or frustrated with life, I forget to take a deep breath and relax. When the Fall semester starts life for me turns into a hectic journey until December. Also sometimes I can get easily irritated with certain people and I just need to always remember to BREATHE!

You don't always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go, and see what happens.

1. Some things can wait.2. Do little things as you go.3. Multitask. 4. Stay focused when it matters most.5. Delegate & ask for help {and then accept it}.6. Create a schedule. 7. Limit tv watching and internet searching.8. Let go of guilt.9. Grab hold of the really valuable moments.

Once she stopped rushing through life, she was amazed how much more life she had time for.
