Tutu Tutorial...perfect example! We measured from each girls natural waist to mid-shin, added 2 inches (the knot takes about 2 inches), wrapped the tulle around something that was the length of those measurements then cut only one side. The girls wore ballet leotards ($12.95 each), white tights ($1.99) & second hand ballet slippers ($8.00). So all in all, each flower girls outfit was roughly $25. As opposed to $100 or more for the getup's, I'll take the DIY route!
