Classic comfort food - Chicken Noodle Casserol - this was good, except I didn't read the directions correctly and didn't cook the pasta before. Whoops! So, I poured a can of chicken broth in the casserole dish and put foil over it. I cooked it 40 minutes instead of 30, and everything cooked through.

Classic comfort food - Chicken Noodle Casserole. Not a fan of cream of chicken soup so I would use a homemade version

Cheesy Broccoli with Chicken and Rice Casserole "This has got to be one of the BEST casseroles ever! What I love about it is. . . it has NO processed 'cream of soup' in it, that makes the dish taste so much better. This dish makes a lot so I will usually make this dish when taking dinner over to a friends who just had a baby or is sick etc.. . . In that case I will cook it in two pans. This dish also makes for great leftovers if you have no friends in need of a meal. :-)"
