looking for a pre springbreak workout? try this "5-4-3-2-1" workout. IT WILL KICK YOUR BUTT!!! looks easy, but far from it. do this workout every-other day (rotate with weight lifting) and you will see faster results. I've only done this for one week and i already see a difference. try it out!!
this workout is SO easy and it only takes 20 minutes; the workout: - 15 jumping jacks - 30 second plank- 25 side crunches - another 30 second plank- 25 scissor kicks- 35 sit ups -20 high kicks- 3 min of dancing or running -15 squats. This is what I need!
