Watermelon Salsa 3 cups watermelon (seeded and chopped) 1/2 cup chopped green peppers 2 tblsp. lime juice 1 tblsp. chopped cilantro 1 tblsp. chopped green onion 2 tblsp. chopped jalapeno peppers Combine well. Cover. Chill at least an hour. Serve.
