Homemade sloppy joes! I used 1 lb lean ground turkey sauteed with green peppers, chopped onions, minced garlic and mushrooms. Added 1/2 c (+ a little extra) ketchup, 1/3 c packed brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce, plus onion powder, garlic powder and a touch of crushed red pepper. Served on buttered toasted sub rolls. A new favorite meal in our house!
