detox green soup with broccoli, spinach, and ginger: I took this recipe and made it my own. I used coconut oil, onion, garlic, celery, carrot, broccoli, spinach, kale, water, salt & pepper, ground ginger, lemon pepper, coriander, red pepper flakes, dried parsley, and dried basil. Used immersion blender to puree & added coconut milk to make it silky. :)
Indian Mulligatawny Soup - just throw everything in a pot, boil it, then put it in the blender. I had NO idea that this stuff was so easy to make at home!
Root Vegetable Mulligatawny- I used parsnips, carrots, and celery, and 2 T of Spice Island's "curry powder" instead of the mix and followed the rest of the directions and put in the Crock-Pot on low for 3-4 hours-Amazing and healthy!
