Multigrain Bread - with sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and oats. It's on the denser side, but we LOVED it. SO great as toast, with butter and honey. :) I will make this a bunch this winter.
CHEATER’S EASY SOURDOUGH Ingredients 3 cups (405 grams) bread flour 1 1/2 tsp (8 grams) salt 1/4 tsp instant dry yeast (if fermenting for 18 hours), or 3/4 tsp instant dry yeast (if fermenting for 6 hours) 1 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (385 grams) plain unsweetened yogurt containing active cultures
Made the zuccinni bread from this page tonight, want to try the Carrot bread next! I will let you know how it is.
Honey beer bread- this was so easy and so yummy! I used Sierra Nevada bread and will use wheat flour next time.
