"Jeanne Hachette Center, Ivry-sur-Seine, Paris" in 1969-82 by Jean Renaudie (1925-1981). Brutalist style.  During the 60s, this area was a run-down neighborhood, and the city decides renovate. The main complex is made up of 40 social dwellings, offices and stores which are mixed on different levels, are in the shapes of stars whose points jut into space. The oblique angles and the abundant green element shaped the strategy to lighten the presence of concrete.

Built between 1969 and 1975 by Jean Renaudie and his wife Renée Gailhoustet at Ivry-sur-Seine. Lots of pictures at site link!
