Parmesan baked tomatoes. Yum! On baking sheet place 2 sliced medium tomatoes, 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan, fresh oregano, salt, pepper, Drizzle olive oil over top. Bake 450 F for 10 to 15 min. @ Delicious Recipes
Baked-Potato Eggs. Delish! Baked the potato the night before. Scrambled the eggs first... took quite a while longer for the egg to cook than the recipe says. Be sure to put a "hole" in the middle, I made a divot and the egg spilled out over the side.
