Portobello Mushroom and Kale Stroganoff.
Cooking Light Mushroom Stroganoff: Delicious! I would recommend adding 2-3 oz more of mushrooms (I used Porcini) and I also added 2 tbsp Weight Watchers whipped cream cheese in with the light sour cream. Helped to thicken the sauce and tasted a bit richer. Kid friendly (my four-year-old didn't know he was eating mushrooms and onions!).
