10 Squat Thrusters (weight press overhead on the up) 10 Cursties (Each leg weight in Cursie hand.) 10 Knee Repeaters (each Leg) squat, then take one leg back and bring it forward in a knee thrusting motion...stay in squat not adjusting body position.) 10 Stomps (each similiar to above movement but get lower in squat and stomp the leg when bringing it forward on the ground.)
