Canadian Nickel Scrap'n: Halloween Decor- Pennies a project: Spooked Out Toilet Just added this one. I used scrap peices of black paper, cut on an angle, cut some fingers (but oval punch works to) and punched out the eyes. I taped it on my toilet and I'm ready to haunt!
Halloween Decorating from the Dollar Stores - love the green & black! I figured it cost me $18 to decorate the front door. I already had the green netting from last Christmas and the mini Christmas trees. 4 Spiders 3 Black Creepy Cloths 2 Skeleton Sets 2 Spider Wreaths 2 Rolls of Halloween Ribbon 2 Witches Hats 2 Halloween Picks ( flowers) 1 Plastic Rat
Haunted House Party- Cobweb Candles Place plain candlesticks in critter-covered cobwebs around your house. Cut a length of cheesecloth, and gently pull to make it look tattered. Drape cloth over candlesticks and mantel; add plastic spiders and leaves. Top candlesticks with bobeches -- collars that catch drips -- and insert tapers.
Glowing Eyes: Save finished toilet paper rolls, cut eyes into them. Put glow sticks in the toilet paper rolls. Place the rolls into your hedge, trees or bushes at night. Watch people freak out as they pass your lawn.
