Rosemary roasted almonds (Recipe adapted from Melissa Kelly) 1 cup raw almonds few sprigs of fresh rosemary 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped, extra 2 tablespoons good extra-virgin olive oil pinch of sea salt freshly ground black pepper
Roasted Rosemary Almonds: 2 cups whole raw almonds, 2 tbsp Fresh or dried rosemary, 2 tsps kosher salt, 1/4 tsp freshly-ground pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp cayenne.
