An easy substitute for dijon mustard can quickly be whipped up with common kitchen ingredients. Combine 1 Tbsp dry mustard powder, 1 tsp water 1 tsp white wine vinegar or 1/2 tsp of white wine with 1/2 tsp of white vinegar, 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise and a pinch of sugar. This will give you two tablespoons worth of a dijon mustard substitute.
