Cheesy Bacon Hasselback Potatoes – Hasselback potatoes always look great on a dinner plate. This cheesy version, made with OSCAR MAYER bacon, cheddar and fresh chives, is sure to be a new favorite during all your spring and summer entertaining.
Mashed potatoes, mixed with butter and bacon, chives, spices, cheese. Stuff into a greased muffin tin and "fork" down the tops. Brush on melted butter or olive oil and bake at 375F until the tops are crispy and golden brown.
SLICED BAKED POTATOES!!! YES!!!!! Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (Can also do in Microwave for 6 plus minutes) Brush both side of potato slices with butter; place them on a cookie sheet. Bake in the preheated 400 degrees F oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once. When potatoes are ready, top with bacon, cheese, green onion; continue baking until the cheese has melted; Add a dollop of sour cream when done and enjoy
Parmesan Baked Potato Halves:6 sm. potatoes, scrubbed and cut in 1/2 ¼ c. butter grated parmesan garlic powder Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter and pour into a 9×13 in. pan and spread evenly across the bottom. Generously sprinkle parmesan and lightly sprinkle other seasonings all over the butter. Place potato halves face down on the butter and seasonings. Place in preheated oven and bake for 40 to 45 min. Cool for 5 min before removing from pan. with a side of sour cream for dipping
