Makes me think of my Wednesday Yoga Strength class I take. It's definitely not the "relaxing" type of yoga.

According to this chart, I'm right where I should be. However, it also says I could be up to 20 pounds lighter and still be considered healthy? At my height, that would definitely NOT be in good health. For the first time, I'm ditching the scale and focusing on living well in order to feel well.
