Detox Bath - Add 2 cups Epsom Salt to a very hot bath (as hot as you can stand it). Add 1 cup Baking Soda to unfiltered bathwater. Soak for 20 min. And shower in cool water. No perfumed lotions or soap after detoxing. No eating before or after detox bath....just drink lots of water before and after. Hmmm, will have to try.
ONLY use this and it leaves floor spotless. (Heavy duty floor cleaner recipe: cup white vinegar 1 tablespoon liquid dish soap cup baking soda 2 gallons tap water, very warm.) It leaves everything smelling amazing.
BAKING SODA MICRODERMABRASION 2 Tbsp Baking soda Distilled Water Start with a clean face (very important). Make a slightly soupy paste. Working in small circles, rub entirety of face very lightly. Do this for five minutes (that seem to go on forever, while you contemplate the slight stinging sensation you feel). Do, of course, avoid the eye area. Rinse very well. Revel in your clean, glowing skin! You can also mix in a few drops of Wild Orange essential oil to mixture for a toning effect!
One of the best softening, detoxifying foot soaks ever! Fill a large bowl with warm water and add 1 cup apple cider vinegar with 1 cup Epsom salt. Soak your feet for 10-15 minutes, rinse and lightly scrub with pumice stone. Then say hello to gorgeous feet :)
