Baked Bree | Hot Corn Dip -- her recipe uses cream cheese instead of mayo =) 2/3/13 tried this today - really good flavor - really cheesy and very thick. I think next time I will add some sour cream mixed with a tablespoon or two of milk and reduce the cheese to 2 cups. I used about half of a large jalapeno and the spice was good but I could have used more.

Hot Corn Chile Dip - delicious! Here are a few changes i made...I used 2, 15oz. cans whole kernel corn, 1, 15oz. can mexican style corn, 8oz. spicy jalapeno cream cheese, 1 cup reduced fat sour cream, 2/3 cup mayo, 2 cups fiesta blend shredded cheese and added 1 tbsp. taco seasoning and 1 tsp. chili powder.
