    Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

    Vegetarian • Gluten free • Serves 4


    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    2 lbs Red potatoes

    Baking & Spices

    1/2 tsp Pepper
    1 Salt

    Oils & Vinegars

    1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil


    1 1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

      Parmesan Roasted Potatoes 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered 1.5 Tablespoons of Olive Oil 1/2 teaspoons garlic Powder Salt – to taste 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1.5 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir. Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes or till golden brown. Serves 4.

    Roasted Potatoes... look and sound delicious!

    Easy oven roasted potatoes 2 large potatoes, scrubbed 3 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning 1 tsp salt 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese Slice potatoes into very thin slices (1/4 inch). big ziploc bag to coat the potatoes. Toss potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt in a ziplock bag to coat. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 450 for 15 -20 minutes, until lightly brown. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
