All you have to do is set your oven to grease a muffin tin with non stick cooking spray, and crack your eggs into the tin. Then add some flavor with a little shake of salt and pepper. Bake for about 17 minutes and viola. Works even better with egg whites.
egg + favourite herb + baking at 180 deg = delicious snack for attack phase in dukan diet! (variation: add leftover chicken for added flavour, or place a round of shaved beef in muffin cup and crack egg into it)
