E - Brownie Batter Overnight Protein Oatmeal - 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk cup Plain low fat Greek yogurt 2 Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder tsp Salt 2 tbs stevia 1 cup Old fashioned oats cup Protein powder (or additional oats)
Recipe: Overnight Crock Pot Oatmeal 1 cup steel cut or regular oats (NOT Quick Oats!) 4 cups water 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 TBS butter 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp cinnamon 1 chopped fresh apple before cooking. Combine all in crockpot and cook on low for 8hrs. Serve with milk & cinnamon sugar.
