I just got done reading something about mental disorders. Strengths in Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, and ADHD

People have no idea what ocd really can be, they just assume checking and counting... Nah mine is vivd images and upsetting thoughts. Made severe enough for multiple admissions... And i have friends who claim ocd cos they like to lock their car????

I've never had those urges, but I experience horrible disgusting thoughts that make me want to end my life and or self harm

This is exactly right!!! Someone out there knows me.
