Smoothie de frutos vermelhos e mel do Mónico Ingredientes (para 2 copos altos): 150ml de iogurte líquido de frutos vermelhos 50g de amoras congeladas 50g de framboesas congeladas 50g de manga congelada 1 c. de sopa de mel do Mónico 1 c. de sobremesa de sementes de chia Preparação: Coloque todos os ingredientes excepto das sementes de chia num copo da varinha mágica ou num liquidificador. Reduza tudo a um puré. Coloque as sementes de chia e beba de imediato.

Cut large slices or thin wedges of each fruit; place them in a large glass pitcher and add cold water. Refrigerate 2 hours and serve over ice in tall glasses.
