Red Skin Mashed Potatoes -- I make this dish a lot with the following recipe (not the one from the link). I just never take my own pictures to pin. -- ~ 4lb bag of redskin potatoes, washed and quartered. Boiled with a dash of salt until tender. Strained. Beat in 1 1/4 cup Heavy Cream, 1/3 cup salted butter to desired consistency. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste. Top with paprika.
