Off-grid Cooking with the Rocket Stove

Rocket Stove

Bobcat-Rocket-Stove... This little stove / heater burns so efficiently, it burns the smoke! Perfect for hunter's camp, tail gating, survival heating.

DIY- Rocket Stove Made From a Five Gallon Metal Bucket ~~ Rocket stoves are great for smokeless outdoor cooking with a minimal amount of fuel - they run on twigs! GREAT FOR CAMPING OR EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS TOO!

Pinners say - The Onil Stove. Better than a 3 stone fire for sure! It seems quick and easy to put together. I think I'm suppose to be amazed but I don't find it as impressive as, say, the Justa stove. Or the impressive Uganda stove.

Kreg Tool Tip: Working with Different Board Thicknesses. When joining boards of two different thicknesses edge-to-edge or end-to-edge, set your Kreg Jig® according to the thickness of the thinner board. The picture shows a ½"-thick board and ¾"-thick board that were joined with pocket holes. As you can see, the Kreg Jig® was set for ½"-thick material, the thinner board. We've also included a helpful chart that shows which Kreg Jig® setting and screw length to use based on material thickness.
