"6 am: put on a baggy shirt and running shorts; eat a breakfast of fruit and yogurt and granola (or more protein-ish things) Stretch 10 minutes. Skip 5 minutes. Jog 10 minutes. Run 10 minutes. Walk back. Come back and do 50 crunches. Take a shower, wash/condition hair, shave legs, exfoliate face, let hair air dry."
