Can't make it to a training session, or yearning for more?! Try this work out no equipment required. Perfect for workouts on the road or on vacation!

Different work outs you can do to stay fit and firm for women and for men as well. Try it out see what happens.

Workout. Could not be more true. No one wants to workout when they are tired -> it increase blood/oxygen circulation which can make you more alert. No one wants to workout when they are sad -> it increases endorphines in the brain which makes you happy :)

Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank.

A daily exercise plan! Do these exercises throughout the day (and add in your own) to get into the habit of daily fitness. Note that I said “throughout the day.” These aren’t meant to be completed all at once, though you could if you’re that fit. But feel free to do only 10 or 20 jumping jacks at a time. Just keep track of them and try to hit the goal before you go to bed.
