I am starting my half marathon training and DO NOT want to use a treadmill, so I found this checklist for running in weather below 30 degrees.........happy running everyone!

This is exactly how I've been thinking about the half-marathon...after I train for one mile, I just think "I can do that 12 more times, no problem!"
