An easy step by step version of Mie Goreng. For those days when you have a craving for the dish you got tired of eating while in Indonesia :0) I would add some crushed up Thai peppers to spice it up and of course add a fried or scrambled egg to the top. I used chopped up pine nuts in place of candlenuts.
