These are seriously yummy.....- Drain and rinse 1 can of chickpeas and add to a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, teaspoon of salt, and teaspoon of cayenne pepper and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Take them out and shake em around before returning to the oven for another 15 minutes,
BRILLIANT, plain and simple! Some of these aren't new (applesauce for oil, for instance), but it's still a great reminder. I'm trying to reduce sugar and grains (and cut them out eventually), so this'll be a handy cheat-sheet!
How long to bake basically every fruit and vegetable to turn it into a chip!!! Checked this out. Great resource with the info all in one place. Highly recommend. Can buy organic produce in season when it's cheaper, and dry for use as snacks and in recipes for the future.
