Very simple, just three steps: 1) Cut bell peppers into 1/2 inch rings 2) Place in a non-stick lightly oiled skillet 3) Crack an egg in the middle of each ring and cover and cook over low heat until done. If you like your yolks runny, just cook over low heat until whites are done. Eggy Cups! cut circle out of slice of bread, using cookie cutter or drinking glass; wrap piece of bacon around outside of bread, place in greased muffin tin. sprinkle grated cheese on bread, top with one egg. bake in oven till egg is the way you want it and bacon is crisp.
Cuddled Eggs Can’t be much easier than this—a real, one pot cooking wonder. Serves 4 Butter, for coating 4 eggs 8 tablespoons heavy cream 16 baby spinach leaves 4 tablespoons crumbled fried bacon 1 spring onion, thinly sliced Salt and pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 350F.
