Hawaiian Baked Ham and Swiss Sandwiches - Great. I checked the recipe on the King's Hawaiian website. Changed the sauce up a bit; added some about 1/4 cup of honey and a few table spoons of brown sugar. I also used less butter than it called for. Definitely great for a busy night! May use different cheese next time. Baking Hawaiian, Hams Swiss, Hawaiian Rolls, Hawaiian Baking, Swiss Sandwiches, Baking Hams, Food Drinks, Sandwiches For A Crowd, Baked Ham
'Hawaiian Baked Ham and Swiss Sandwiches' Ingredients 1 12 pack of King's Hawaiian Original Rolls 1 lb. deli ham, shaved 1 lb. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced 1 1/2 sticks butter 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 3 teaspoons of poppy seeds 1 onion, chopped
Uses Hawaiian rolls to make ham and Swiss sliders. Made these last night (4-6-12) and loved the combination of slightly sweet rolls and savory topping! The only thing I'd change is to cook it a little more than the recipe says after you take the foil off. Just be sure the tops are lightly crispy or it's a bit soggy on top (but even then, was delish!).
