    Sister Act - Really funny movie with great music. Entirely predictable but entirely lovable at the same time. Now the second one? Ah, not so much. But this one definitely worth a watch or a rewatch.

The Last of the Mohicans (1992). How many times can you watch this movie? ....a wonderful retelling of a classic novel, stellar acting, stunning cinematography, Daniel Day Lewis barechested and in a loin cloth, Madeline Stowe gorgeous and courageous, the Native American actors chilling and beautiful.... the answer: History never gets old!!! (Oh, and the theme song is heartbreaking!!)

6/24/12 - 4/4 Stars - Don't think you like British period dramas? Give this one a try, from its engaging script with wonderful light touches to the fantastic lead performance by Emma Thompson (who won an Oscar and should have been a bigger movie star), this is definitely one of the best films of the 1990's.
