    Oven Fried Okra. I love fried Okra, I can't believe I can eat it without feeling guilty about the deep frying.

    Cookin' Cowgirl: Oven-Fried Okra- I think if I tried it with almond flour instead of corn meal and it i sprayed it with olive oil not canola. This could be paleo. Will try it and see what happens.

Oven Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries: thinly slice 3 russet potatoes. Coat sliced potatoes in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix with 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs, 1/4 cup parmesan, garlic salt, and fresh ground pepper. Bake at 450 for about 20 minutes. FANTASTIC! 10/25/12

Oven-fried okra: 7 (1/2 cup) servings - There is no oil, butter or fat in this recipe! And I happen to love okra.
