Soba Noodles with Sweet Ginger Scallion Sauce. LOVE this recipe....made it 3 times in 2 weeks. I would not recommend using all sesame oil for the sauce, since it's so strong. I use a mild oil and a dash of sesame oil. Delish!
Bang Bang chicken: So good! We have this every couple of weeks. I do cut the Sriracha Sauce down to 3 tsp and replace the last two tsp with ketchup. Otherwise it leaves our mouths numb from the heat (and we are big lovers of spicy food).
