    Okay so I found this "toned butt and legs" workout online and did two rounds of it with my mom at the gym (and I tried out 8 pound and 5 pound dumbbells) . Now, I would consider myself a very fit individual but this routine KICKED MY BUTT!! I felt the burn everywhere and I know I will feel even more sore tomorrow!
