Crockpot chicken fiesta soup. 4 bonesless skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded) 1 can corn 3 10oz cans enchilada sauce 8oz chopped green chiles 1 can diced tomatoes (drained) 1 14.5oz can chicken broth 1 cup chopped onion 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp black pepper Mix all the ingredients together in crockpot, cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Crock-Pot Chicken and Noodles: 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of chicken soup; 1 stick of butter; 2 - 15 oz cans chicken broth; 24 oz. frozen egg noodles. Put everything but noodle in crockpot and cook 5-6 hours on low. Shred chicken and add noodles and cook 2 more hours. I added garlic powder and pepper. I'm making this for dinner tonight! Looks good!
Skinny Poolside Dip. Pinner says: I've made this 3 times now! It's a big hit and super easy. 1 red pepper, 2 jalepenos (unseeded), 1 can of corn, 1/2 can diced olives, 16 oz fat-free cream cheese (softened), and 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix. Mix ingredients together. Serve with crackers or raw veggies.
