    FREE ALMOND FLOUR RECIPES. For many new and season cooks find it is hard to imagine cooking without wheat flour. Wheat flour contains gluten and not allowed in Paleo Diet. Not to worry Paleo recipes commonly use almond flour in baking, frying and cooking. Almond flour is low-carbohydrates and gluten free. Flour made from raw skinless, unbleached almond nuts finely grounded into a flour/meal.

ALMOND QUICK BREAD Makes 1 loaf Ingredients: 3 1/2 cups almond flour 3 eggs 1/4 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup yogurt 1/4 teaspoon salt Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a loaf pan by spraying it with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into the prepared loaf pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Let cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
