I did the 2nd one with a resistance band to add a challenge. It feels like it'll be effective.

These are easy. Do in reps of 20. If you can't do 20 at first, that's fine, but work up to 20.

I post core exercises because this is by far the hardest part of our body to tone. These are great ab exercises.
