Bake for another 1.5-2 hours or until crisp. (They wont be totally crisp in the oven, but will harden as they cool) IMPORTANT STEP: Spray the cookie sheet with PAM

Chocolate Chip Banana Cake via @Bakers Royale - Made this for a large group and it was a big hit. Recommend using link to original recipe. For icing I added 4oz of melted and cooled white chocolate with the butter and cream cheese and reduced the amount of confectioners sugar to 3 cups. Yum!

I really made this and it was great! Since I can't have diary it was very much like ice cream..I added chic. Syrup to it when I served it!
