Fig and goat cheese pizza. I buy gluten free pizza dough from a local restaurant and this is one of the best things I have ever eaten. You can use dried figs if need be, just soak them for a long time until plump and soft.
Fig, Goat Cheese & Pistachio Appetizer. Place fig halves on a serving platter and lightly press about 1 teaspoon of goat cheese into the center. Sprinkle chopped pistachios and pepper to taste in a small bowl, whisk together honey and balsamic vinegar and drizzle over figs.
