A very unique birthday "Card" idea - it's a Postcard Birthday Poster. Each piece (which is a post card) is mailed to the birthday person. When they've received them all, they'll find that all the individual postcards put together make a poster with a birthday message.

Then you email each page to a different person like their family and friends and assorted lovers. Then each person prints it out on cardstock, cuts it out, writes a note on the postcard, and stamps and mails it to the birthday person. Saw this and loved it what a great idea! Send a postage paid postcard in an envelope with a letter asking everyone to write down their best memory with the person you want these mailed to. Then on their special occasion they get all these memories in the mail from friends and family galore. What a special gift to give that truly would be Priceless!

Did it! Made one for an Activity Day girl who recently moved away. I had all the girls sign the balloon. They loved it, and the little girl loved it, and appreciated being remembered. Also, cute idea to send to grandmas from wee ones, or cousins for b-days.

great idea for someone far away - maybe kid at college

Send a box full of balloons with notes/money inside each one. Won't weigh much to ship! Great for niece and nephew birthdays. I want to do this!! Cool idea.

The only thing I can read is "Happy Birthday". Everything else is in a foreign language.

The other day I found a postcard from my youngest daughter and for some reason I just couldn't throw it out. Now I know why, I need to make it into a pillow. What a cool idea Personalize a Postcard Pillow. $36.00, via Etsy.

Give friends and family self-addressed envelopes with one balloon in each. (For a 28th bday, give out 28 envelopes.) Have them blow up the balloon (without tying it) and write a birthday message on it, then deflate it, put it in the already-addressed envelope and mail it. Your birthday boy/girl will receive the mail and have to blow up each balloon to read the messages.
