Chili Con Queso ~ Anaheim chiles pack just the right amount of heat in this cheesy dip. Serve with chips or spoon onto warm tortillas for an easy appetizer.

Guacamole 1/3C=1 Point 1 medium avocado, ripe, peeled and pitted - 1 15-oz. can young peas, drained and rinsed - 1/4 cup chopped tomatillos - 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions - 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes - 1/4 cup Labane Yogurt Cheese* or fat-free plain Greek yogurt - 2 tbsp lime juice - 4 cloves chopped garlic - 1 tsp cumin - 2 tbsp chopped cilantro - Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Chile con Queso, good basic recipe. I sometimes add ground beef or ground turkey (browned first). I always add diced green onions, fresh cilantro and garlic. Fresh Spinach is also great in here and adds alot of nutrition. If you want more heat add jalapenos, serranos or crushed red pepper flakes. The best!

Low Calorie Ranch Dressing: - 2 Tbsp Hellmann’s Low Fat Mayo (must be Low fat not Light) - 2 Tbsp Plain, Non-Fat Yogurt - 1 tsp Hidden Vally Ranch Dressing (the powder mix kind) - 2-3 Tbsp water (depending on how thin or thick you like it) Whisk everything together and put in fridge for about a hour, the longer it sets the more the ranch flavor

I'm not on Weight Watchers, but it's always nice to find great recipes that taste good with less calories!
