Chile Con Queso Recipe- Yummmmy! Tried this recipie and added corn and black beans for more texture and it was delicious, tasted almost like a cheese enchalada. We had to had nearly twice the amount of milk though because it was way to thick. But other then that it was perfect. Deffinatly at the top of the list. Chile con Queso, good basic recipe. I sometimes add ground beef or ground turkey (browned first). I always add diced green onions, fresh cilantro and garlic. Fresh Spinach is also great in here and adds alot of nutrition. If you want more heat add jalapenos, serranos or crushed red pepper flakes. The best!
