Asari Miso Soup. Here in Singapore, we actually colloquially (well, at least in my family) call these manila clams "la-la". I have no idea why, but the sweetness of the clams will definitely work well with the savoriness of the miso soup.

Hibachi Soup, some reviews said it tasted nothing like it, but really good nonetheless.

Japanese hibachi soup. Made this for the girls tonight. Huge hit! They said it tastes almost the same as Fuji's. Sophia wanted more mushrooms in hers.

Clear Onion Soup (like Japanese steakhouse). I used this recipe except it needed something: some beef boullion. I used a 1/2 cube to 1c water. Also I think I will use sauteed mushrooms next time. I did cook them in the broth for a while which made em better, but sauteed will be best. Topped with Frech's fried onions instead. Very good!
