The Homes I Have Made: Glittered Pinecones

Spray paint pine cones to have that mercury glass look to them. Use Krylon Looking Glass Mirror-Like Paint on pinecones, add a little fresh or faux greenery to accomplish this look.*** 10/10** this link really doesn't tell you how to do this, but it's pretty self explanatory (try adding some white twinkle lights in the bowl or apothecary jar - so pretty!)

Showing Off - my picks

burnt out lights, dipped in glitter, put in a vase!

Made these snowballs by dipping syrofoam balls into a bowl of watered-down white glue ~~ then rolling them in another bowl of clear glitter. We used bamboo skewers (sticks) to hold onto them and stuck them into a block of styrofoam to dry. The glitter will get clumpy from the glue…but that’s good, it give the “snowballs” a more realistic look.

paint ornaments black and add glitter

paint ornaments black and add glitter... Night scape weddings! Add drama for wow factor! // This is very pretty, but obviously they're lights. Glitter, sadly, is not going to glow like this.
